Geirmund "Geddi" Brendesæter is a football player from Norway. He played 13 seasons for Brann. His debut was 1 June 1991, and he played his last match against Vålerenga in the last match of the season 2003. He played mostly as a right defender.

During this period he also played 13 matches for the German team Arminia Bielefeld in 1996, but returned to Brann to play the last half of the season. Geddi played in total 336 matches for Brann, but scored only 7 goals.

His passionate runs along the line, offensive attitude and talent for combinations for years made him one of the best Norwegian backs on the offense, though his crosses, shots and ability to control the ball at pace frustratingly didn't hold the same quality. His defensive play was also passionate, but somewhat unorthodox. Over the years, his style of playing became slightly more polished, improving defensively but perhaps gradually losing some of the relentless offensive energy.
