Ratt is an American glam metal band that enjoyed significant commercial success in the 1980s. The band is most famous for one of their hits; Round and Round.
The band has sold an estimated 10 million records in the US alone and 8 million records sold outside the US, the total number of worldwide album sales is approximately 18 million. Ratt Fan Forum
They are named #79 on VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock.*
Music
Ratt's music was influenced by 1970s hard rock and glam rock bands such as; Aerosmith, Sweet, Van Halen and KISS. They fused this with heavy metal influences from the likes of Led Zeppelin and Judas Priest. More on [ Ratt ]
