Primer 55 was a rapcore band from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 1997.

Influenced by the bold rapcore grooves of such bands like Crazy Town, Pillar and Limp Bizkit, they would release two full-length albums, Introduction to Mayhem in 2000 and The New Release in 2001 before disbanding the following year.
