The Teacher is a fictional character and the primary antagonist in the popular 2003 novel The Da Vinci Code and the 2006 film based on it. He is the enigmatic and manipulative figure behind Bishop Manuel Aringarosa and the albino monk Silas. Together, they seek the legendary Holy Grail.
