Plot

Jennifer Spencer (Sondra Locke) has been brutally raped, and is out for revenge. She kills her attackers one by one. (For unrelated reasons) Harry (Eastwood) is suspended by his superiors and sent to the small town of Sao Paulo (Santa Cruz) outside San Francisco to vacation, but recognizes connections between killings in the small town and a murder he had earlier investigated back in San Francisco.
