"Atomic Dog" is a song performed by George Clinton on his album Computer Games. The song's concept is about a party fever which makes you wild like a dog.

Atomic Dog is one of P-Funk's most heavily sampled songs, appearing in more than 50 songs, including the rapper Snoop Dogg's song "What's My Name?". One of the lines in this song: "bow wow wow yippie yo yippie yay" was made popular by early 90's hiphop G-funk, as it was sampled in Dr. Dre's song "Fuck Wit Dre Day (And Everybody's Celebratin')".

It is widely speculated that this song and others influenced the Red Hot Chili Peppers 1985 album, Freaky Styley, of which George Clinton was the producer.
