Chiho Saito (さいとうちほ Saitō Chiho, born June 29, 1967) is a manga-ka, notable mostly for the manga Revolutionary Girl Utena. She is part of the Be-Papas manga artist collective. Her debut work was "Ken to Madomoaseru" (The Sword and the Mademoiselle). Her hobbies are dance, music, opera, and sumo.
